The three pictures above are of my grandson's cedar chest I made for his high school graduation. it is all oak with a golden oak stain and clear Danish oil finish. All of these cedar chest that I make have all four sides complete so they don't have to be put against something to hide the back.
The pictures above are of one of my granddaughter's high school graduation cedar chest . She and her husband are still in college and are using it as a coffee table. It is made of oak with black walnut panels with a clear Danish oil finish .

This next cabinet I built at the request of my daughter Margie for her glass collection. It is constructed out of oak and oak plywood that is stained walnut and a Danish oil finish.

This next cedar chest I built at the request of my son Chris. It is constructed out of walnut with white ash raised panels. I started out putting a Danish oil finish but decided to use a wipe polyurethane gloss finish.
